The row of three terrace houses was erected in 1884 for Dr. Willilam Fletcher. The architect was Norman Hitchcock. The three storey brick structure with bay windows on the ground floor has a three storey verandah, a rendered cornice and parapet with pedimented name plate, and polychrome brick decoration around the openings.
